BPO - Lien Release (Reconveyance)

There is growing pressure on mortgage service providers to lower operational costs.Systems Limited (SL) is helping mortgage clients to lower transaction costs by utilizing offshore capability to handle related data input and consolidation tasks. Using Web-based technology, trained offshore teams of SL provide the offshore advantage in driving down your processing cost. Our lien release department staff reviews scanned document images on the Web for all documents of the lender and prepares necessary data for filing the instrument with the appropriate recording jurisdiction. Taking advantage of the time difference between the West and our offshore centers, we ensure that you meet compliance deadlines, so that high penalties and sanctions that can be levied against a service provider for late filings of a release or re-conveyance can be avoided.

We have two models for lien release execution:

In model one we will do the lien release data entry, printing, signing and shipping.

Lien Release

In model two, which is more popular, we will do the data entry but the customer does the printing, signing and shipping of the release.

MODEL 2

Our Lien Release services and deliverables feature:

Process Management Turn around times of 24 hours for specified volumes, maintenance of issue/resolution logs, constant review of processes for raising productivity and quality levels

Work Queue Management Recording assignment to operators, and processing dates and times. Reporting daily status of cases taken up, updated, sent to exception queue and pending

Resource Management Ensuring the deployment of a team of personnel that will include data entry operators and supervisors as necessary to maintain required throughput and being responsive to ramping up requirements for high volume workloads

Data Entry Selection of loan from assigned work queue and retrieval of associated images from Image Bank. Scanning of the images and entry of the pertinent data.

Quality Control Comprehensive Quality Control performed on all keyed data. Analysis of errors and adoption of preventive measures to be undertaken in order to minimize re-occurrence of the same errors.

Risk management General operational procedures observed at our offshore centers include but are not limited to those for risk management, security, confidentiality, safety, disaster recovery, continuity of business and project management.
