Academic Qualification(s):

• Preferably Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education.

Technical Skills:

• Hands on BizTalk production, development and test infrastructure including Windows Server 2003, 2008 IIS and MSSQL Server 2005, 2008 including high availability.
• History of leading the design for business projects.
• Solid understanding of DB concepts and connectivity.
• Directory Services.
• SQL Server 2005, 2008, Oracle 10g.
• Integration Services.
• Experience with XML and XSLT a must.
• Ability to troubleshoot system problems and perform problem resolution.
• Experience in BAM, business rule engine and EDI will be an advantage.

Management / Interpersonal Skills:

• Good analytic and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Must have conflict resolution abilities.

Experience:

• 5+ years of overall experience.
• BizTalk Experience (1+ years).
• Must have the ability to solve problems while following existing and/or establishing best practices.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work closely with developers and IT business analysts using BizTalk messaging.
• Ability to manage code from development environments to test and production systems.
