Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager - Lahore & Karachi Regions
reports to General Manager, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • To promote and sell products and services in the defined market segments of the assigned region.
  • Work closely with technical team to establish new opportunities and enlargement of the client base.
  • Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margins in line with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Report weekly on achievements and pipeline.
  • Drive new leads by creating, implementing and successfully executing tactical plans.
  • Ensure all opportunities are well qualified.
  • Ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of KPIs and targets.

Qualification Required:

  • MBA/MIS from an accredited institution.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science from an accredited institution.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Lead Evaluation, Sales, Negotiation and Business Development skills.
  • Proposal writing skills.

Job Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years selling experience of software solutions.
