Business Development Manager - Lahore & Karachi Regions reports to General Manager, Sales & Marketing |

Job Responsibilities:
- To promote and sell products and services in the defined market segments of the assigned region.
- Work closely with technical team to establish new opportunities and enlargement of the client base.
- Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margins in line with organizational goals and objectives.
- Report weekly on achievements and pipeline.
- Drive new leads by creating, implementing and successfully executing tactical plans.
- Ensure all opportunities are well qualified.
- Ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of KPIs and targets.

Qualification Required:
- MBA/MIS from an accredited institution.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science from an accredited institution.

Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Lead Evaluation, Sales, Negotiation and Business Development skills.
- Proposal writing skills.

 |
Job Experience:
- Minimum 2 years selling experience of software solutions.
