Academic Qualification(s):

• Preferably Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education.

Technical Skills:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the Configuration Management.
• Need to identify better practices of CM and make them implemented.
• Responsible for the Version Controls.
• Need to have hands on experience on Java.
• Need to do the code Merging/Branching.
• Responsible for the Deployments in all Clients UAT and Production environment.

Management / Interpersonal Skills:

• Good analytic and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Must have conflict resolution abilities.
