Founded Systems Limited in 1977 as the first software house in Pakistan. His professional skills lie in the overall direction of turn-key computer projects involving systems design, hardware selection and installation, and in the planning and management of large scale industrial projects. Within the organisation, he has been responsible for the internal restructuring needed to respond to periodic shifts in the company's strategy. This has included the acquisition of Visionet Systems, Inc., in New Jersey, USA and the establishment of a Banglaore based subisdiary. His main role is the development of enterprise strategy.

Ashraf Kapadia is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Visionet Systems, Inc. and Systems Limited. He has also served as the President of the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA), member of the Board of Directors of the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Chairman of the Computer Society of Pakistan (CSP), and member of the Management Committee of the Karachi Institute of Information Technology (KIIT).

Saquib Yusuf joined the company in 1986, initially managing major software development projects for the Government of Pakistan. In various roles, he has pioneered ISO 9000 certification in the company, established training facilities and managed the administration and human resource functions. Currently, he is the Director Business Process Outsourcing, responsible for the establishment and operation of data centers in Karachi and in Lahore, together employing nearly 400 personnel.

Experience of over fourteen (14) years in the IT software industry. Joined Systems Limited in 1993 and currently working as a Director - Professional Services. During this period, worked with both local and international clients in a variety of industry verticals. Having completed his Masters degree in Computer Science from FAST, Karachi, he started his career as a software programmer at Systems Limited, worked on many critical projects, and then transferred to Visionet Systems Inc in 1997. Spent over 10 years working with many international clients in various capacities including project, engagement, and account management.

Zeeshan joined Systems Limited in 2006 as CFO and now has the responsibility as CFO for the group. He is also responsible for all corporate affairs. As the CFO Zeeshan coordinates the company budgeting exercise and monitors the budget. He is also responsible for all the financial planning and management of relationships with banks etc. Zeeshan is also responsible to develop, review and implement the management policies and procedures and implementing general administrative structure.

Usman Tariq holds an MBA degree from Institute of Business Administration, University of Karachi. He started his professional career in 1994 and has worked for Standard Chartered Bank, PACRA and Tri-Pack Films Limited. He moved to UK in 2000 where he honed his skills as storage, networking and server sales specialist while working for top solution providers in UK; as Enterprise Sales Manager in Specialist Computer Centers (SCC) Plc; and as SMB Account Manager at Insight Direct (UK) Limited. He has a rich blend of national and international experience of Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Account Management.

Naureen Anwar has done her Masters in Computer Science from the prestigious National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. She has been with Systems Limited as an important team member and has been involved in plenty of significant projects and landmarks. She has always been an inspiration for the systemers for her outstanding dedication and hard work in taking the company to newer heights of success and achievements.

Atif joined Systems Limited in 2004 as Quality Assurance Manager. His initial responsibilities included the reformation of existing QA team, setting up the Configuration Management department and to define the company wide software development processes under the umbrella of CMMI. Atif played the key role in getting Systems Limited appraised at CMMI Level 3 in year 2006. After serving as QA Manager for a couple of years, he moved to the business side as General Manager Software Development for north region where he has been managing both international and domestic engagements in a variety of business verticals.
