Pakistan has been hit by the worst floods ever in its history. More than 1500 dead, 1.7 million acres of land harvesting wheat, sugarcane and rice crops has been inundated, 200,000 animals dead and almost 20 Million people affected, 1/5th of Pakistani land is under water.
Many lives are further threatened as reports are coming in of diseases breaking out in the flood hit areas.
Being a responsible and socially aware organization, Systems Limited has joined hands with many other national and international relief workers in their efforts to help and rehabilitate the victims of national flood disaster.
The team of Systems Limited started its relief efforts from Nowshera on Saturday August 7, 2010. Followed by Nowshera, the next relief destination was Mianwali, which is amongst the worst hit areas of Punjab Province.
Extending relief efforts further, the relief team of Systems Limited is all geared up to reach in the flood affected areas of Sind this time. The relief items mainly comprise of goods in the form of food items and water bottles.
