Globalization in every field has opened fresh avenues for the industries around the world to create bridges between each other and bring innovation in their business. Various industries of Pakistan have made tremendous progress in recent years, adding fuel to their business and to the overall economy of Pakistan.

Trade Expansion Possibilities between South Asian Countries

Conducted a study for the ILO (ARTEP) on the possibilities of trade expansion within SAARC countries. The project included an analysis of historical trade flows and the various constraints to widening of trade. Based on historical trends and interviews of representatives of industry and trade the study identified commodities in which trade could be increased between Pakistan and other SAARC countries. The report also indicated policy measures that could facilitate this trade expansion.

Evaluation of Industrial Estates in Pakistan

A World Bank sponsored study on the industrial estates program of the Government of Pakistan. The study reviewed the role played by industrial estates in promoting broad-based industrialization and made recommendations for future industrial estate development programs. The study included a survey of 17 existing industrial estates throughout Pakistan and included interviews of 55 estate occupants.
