1+ year of working experience in a US staffing environment with IT recruiting.
Excellent knowledge of IT technologies on macro level especially in web technologies.
Excellent negotiating skills & work in a quick turnaround time to full-fill requirements.
Demonstrated ability in achieving Recruitment Targets.
Experience with Boolean searches when searching passive candidates
Exceptional networking skills and abilities to keep their candidates hot and ready for a submit
Extremely organized and good time management skills
High-Energy with extensive hands-on experience in Corporate and Agency environments
Focus on qualified submissions and closures
Excellent communication skills
Real go-getter attitude, eagerness to learn.
Bachelor’s degree Preferably in Computer or Management Sciences, or an equivalent degree.
