Telenor Pakistan efficiently optimizes its processes through RPA

Telenor Pakistan, the second-largest cellular & digital services provider, was relying on cumbersome processes to resolve CCD complaints about slow or no 3G/4G browsing and DIVR signals. By leveraging UiPath and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Systems Limited implemented RPA to automate the client’s processes.
