Project Tracking Using Earned Value Methods

Event Postponed

Objectively measure your project progress and performance.

Being a project manager, it’s up to you to turn a good project into a great one. Sometimes, it’s difficult to assess whether the initiatives you have taken have contributed positively to your projects. In times such as those, using the right tools and methods can make your job much easier.

Earned Value Analysis is one of the most accepted project management techniques that allow the project manager to measure the amount of work actually performed on a project beyond the basic review of cost and scheduled reports. It is the methodology that integrates schedule, costs, and scope to measure project performance.

In this hour-long virtual training session, our team of experts will guide you through project tracking using the Earned Value method using Microsoft Project, a project management software to assist managers in developing schedules, adding resources, and track projects.

Due to an unforeseen circumstance with one of our speakers, our live training session has been postponed.

We hope to reschedule in the near future. Stay tuned to this space for details and updates.
