Wafi Energy SAP S/4HANA Conversion

Following its separation from Shell after 75 years, Wafi Energy Pakistan undertook a complex technology transition to establish an independent IT operating model. The program required the conversion of its legacy SAP ECC landscape to SAP S/4HANA with RISE with SAP within five months, alongside the transition of infrastructure, vendor relationships and critical system ownership, with limited visibility into legacy dependencies. 

Systems Limited partnered with Wafi on an integrated delivery and recovery model, combining SAP S/4HANA conversion, custom-code remediation, SAP Cloud ALM and rigorous testing governance to recover lost ground while maintaining delivery quality.
