Systems Limited worked with K-Electric to add another first to the power utility’s extended digital portfolio, by developing “KE Live”, a customer-centric web portal and mobile application that enables K-Electric’s 2.5 million customers to interact with the company digitally, from lodging complaints to reporting theft and safety hazards.
KE Live ushers in a new era of convenience and service by offering a wide range of self-service solutions and information features. Customers can manage multiple KE accounts with one app via desktop web browsers and mobile devices.
