Senior Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative.


    • Candidates having O levels or A levels background shall be preferred.
    • Should have at least two years of experience from the relevant industry.
    • Should be able to communicate with customers in English and Urdu on the following channels (Voice, Email, and Chat).
    • Should be available for all shifts and must have own conveyance. (Preferred)
    • Must be aware of industry SLAs and understand how to apply them. (Microsoft Office, RMs, and Helpdesk Systems)
