Associate Support Engineers at Systems Limited are responsible for technical help desk networking and infrastructural support to users, for efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Installation of operating system drivers and software applications.
Troubleshooting all OS and machine level issues.
Hardware upgrades according to the requirements
Fix applications and OS related issues.
Installation, configuration and administration of Antivirus application on client machines.
Provide assistance in client setups.
Manage technical aspects of conference calls.
Virtualization Support.
Tracking, categorization of tickets and provide statistical analysis, as required.
Requirements:
BSIT or equivalent
Fresh graduate to 3 years relevant experience required.
Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Hardworking, passionate, energetic, organized and sharp.
