A minimum of 6 years hands-on experience implementing Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules (Oracle Applications release R12)
A minimum of 4 years of relevant consulting experience preferred with delivery of at least 2-3 full end to end HRMS and Payroll implementations.
Must have a solid track record of delivering Oracle HRMS and Payroll solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
In depth functional working knowledge of the following applications: Oracle HRMS, Oracle Payroll, including Fast Formulas, Oracle HR Self-Service, Basic and Standard Benefits.
In-depth working knowledge of the following applications a plus: Oracle
Must be Arabic Speaking
Ability to conduct Functional prototype (FP) and Resolve FP issues
Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) / manuals
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment Setup
Prepare Test Case Document and functional design documents
Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues
Prepare responsibility matrix document and map to users access details.
Production Instance Setup
Work closely with the customer and develop the required data migration sheets/templates
Assist Developers to upload the master data and open transactions
Verify the uploaded masters and open transactions
Prepare Setup Document
Execute the Post Live support
Co-ordination with Technical Consultants / DBA’s, Developers and Oracle Support on shared issues
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
